The XML Sitemap Generator turns a list of your website pages into a sitemap.xml file. A sitemap is a map of your site that helps search engines like Google find and crawl your important pages faster, which is especially useful for new websites.
How to use it: paste your page URLs into the box, one per line, each starting with http or https. Click Generate sitemap.xml, check the code shown, then press Download to save the file. Upload it to the main folder of your website, so it opens at yourwebsite.com/sitemap.xml. After that, submit the address in Google Search Console under Sitemaps.
Tips: include only pages you want people to find, and leave out duplicate or private pages. Update the sitemap whenever you publish many new pages. WordPress SEO plugins can also create a sitemap automatically, but this tool is handy for small sites and quick checks. Each entry gets today as its last modified date.
